What A Werewolf Wants - Kristin Miller

Going to the chapel, and her sister is going to get married…no matter what.
Josie Cole might be unlucky in love, but she’s a pro at matching other couples. When her sister gets married to the man of her dreams, it’ll be Cole Matchmaking Services one-hundredth match, and secure Josie a television special that would boost business.
Private investigator–and werewolf–Ryder McManus doesn’t believe in marriage. Catching cheating spouses has taught him there is no such thing as happily ever after. But then he never expected to find his fated mate, Josie, at his best friend’s wedding festivities.
When Josie and Ryder are together, the chemistry heats up. While he’s trying to stop the wedding, she’ll do whatever it takes to give the couple a dream day. But the secret he’s trying to expose might just ruin everything…

Sighing as a blanket of gooseflesh covered her body, Josie averted her attention to the fruit in

front of her. At least that way she wouldn’t have to look into his mesmerizing blue eyes. She

poked a raspberry, dipped it into the chocolate, and shoved it into her mouth.

“Stable home life is important to me, since I only have my sister.” She chewed slowly, enjoying the

delicious combination. “Having a good job is essential, too. A man should be able to support

himself without working crazy hours.”

Nodding, Ryder stared down at his empty plate.

“He also needs to be a hopeless romantic like me,” she went on, licking chocolate from her lips.

“That’s a must.”

“I don’t think anyone is like you...” As his gaze homed in on her mouth, he paused, reaching out

for her. “You’re a mess.”

“Excuse me?” She pulled back slowly, staring at his hand as it hovered near her mouth. “What are

you doing?”

“There’s chocolate...right there.” He swiped the corner of her mouth with the soft pad of his finger

and then pulled back. “Sorry. Easier to get it myself than direct you to the smudge.”

She quivered as the scent of his skin and the warmth of his touch lingered on her lips. “I am a

A big, trembling, sexually aroused mess.

Swiping her mouth with her napkin—something she could’ve done in the first place—Josie

watched Ryder suck on the finger that’d just touched her lips. He only put the tip of his finger

inside, but the movement of his mouth and the eroticism of the gesture nearly broke her.

“You’re mouthwatering,” He shook his head and frowned as if shaking off some kind of fog. “I

meant the chocolate, of course.”

Josie has one goal for the week, make sure her sister's wedding goes off without a hitch.  She didn't expect the best man to be so sexy and determined to stop the wedding.
Ryder is determined to stop the wedding no matter the cost.  There is a major secret the groom is keeping from the bride and Ryder strongly believes there's no happily ever after.  He sees it every day in his job as a private investigator husbands and wives cheating. He's determined that even though Josie is his fated mate there can never be a future for them.
The connection from the moment Ryder waltzed in the story between him and Josie is indisputable.  Though Josie knows Ryder has secrets she can't deny she feels he's the ONE.  I loved Ryder, though at times he was a bit stubborn.  As circumstances kept throwing them together it was harder for them to deny they were meant to be.  What a Werewolf wants is a story of true love that will leave you wanting more of the fun characters in the story.
